Funeral services were held Saturday, July 5, 2014, at Saulters Moore Chapel in Prentiss for Mr. Ronald Dixon, age 58, who passed away on July 3 at River Parishes Hospital in Laplace, LA. Interment followed at Dublin Cemetery. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements.

Rev. Robert Sones officiated. Pallbearers were: Charles Reid, Tony Foret, Cory Nations, Ronald Jones, David Jones, Ashley Reid and Tommy Myers.

Ronald was born on September 20, 1955, to Terrell Dixon and Shirley Attaway Dixon in Jefferson Davis County, MS. He was a member of Dublin Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Rita Dixon of Carson; two daughters, Jennifer Sumrall of Hattiesburg, and Jessica Estay of Carson; his mother, Shirley Pinell of Carson; and one sister, Karen Foret of Houma, LA.

He was preceded in death by his father and two sisters.
