Kelvin Levern Hall

Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 15, 2014, at Emerald Coast Funeral Home, Ft. Walton Beach, Florida, for Technical Sergeant (retired) Kelvin Levern Hall, age 48, who died Tuesday, October 7, at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Chaplain Mark Hunsinger officiated.
Sgt. Hall was born in Prentiss, Mississippi, to the late Herbert and Jessie Lee Hall. He graduated from Pearl River Community College in 1988.
In November, 1988, he attended basic training at Lackland AFB, Texas. He served in Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm, Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom.
He married Lisa L. Pigford, his college classmate in 1992, one son was born to this union. The couple traveled from Fayetteville, North Carolina, to Mildenhall, England, before settling in Fort Walton Beach, FL.
After serving as an aircraft hydraulic system craftsman for 22 years, Kelvin retired from active duty in 2011.
He is survived by wife, Lisa Hall; one son, Kelvin L. Hall, II; sisters, Doris (Herbert) Scott and Carolyn Hall both of Prentiss, and Sherrol (Ralph) Sidberry of Bowie, MD; two brothers, Marvin (Gwendolyn) Hall of Glenn Dale, MD, and Kermit Hall of Mary Esther, FL; two aunts, Irene Hall of Puyallup, WA, and Yvonne Anderson of St. Louis, MO; one uncle, Vernon (Mattie Lou) Anderson of St. Louis, MO; mother-in-law, Olivia Pigford of Hattiesburg; sister-in-law, Kezia Pigford of Shreveport, LA; many other relatives and friends.
