Quaneilius Hooker (above) of Prentiss has been charged with murdering Antonio McCollum, also of Prentiss. Authorities were called to Bass Laird Road around 2:30 a.m. Monday morning.  McCollum was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was taken by Lifeflight to Forrest General Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Further investigation is ongoing.
