Funeral services were held Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Friendship M. B. Church, Collins, Mississippi for Mr. Christopher Magee, 49, who died Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at his residence.  Rev. Willie V. Magee, Sr. officiated with interment following in the church cemetery.  Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Christopher Magee was born to the late Joshua Magee, Sr. and Mrs. Lillie Kate Magee.  He attended school in Covington County School District for 2 years, Ruthland Lumber for 9 years, Sanderson Farms for 1 year.  He was married to Jacqueline Magee for 5 years.

He was preceded in death by: grandmothers, Mary Ann Magee and Laura Lee Patrick; grandfathers, Ethel J. Magee and John H. Seals.

Mr. Magee is survived by: mother, Lillie K. Magee; wife, Jacqueline Magee; 3 stepdaughters, Sheena Rancifer, Crystal Rancifer, Jessica Roberts; 1 stepson, Jonathan Roberts; 11 stepgranchildren; 7 sisters, Mary A. Magee, Laura A. Magee, Patricia (Paul) Flowers, Angela Easterling, Selena (Chris) Magee, Kimberly (Mario) Gammage, Santanna Lockhart; 7 brothers, Joshua (Ouida Faye) Magee, Jr., Willie Magee, James (Mary Joyce) Magee, L. M. Magee, Emmett Lockhart, Charles Magee and Emmanuel (Mechelle) Lockhart; 1 aunt; 3 uncles; 3 sisters-in-law; 1 brother-in-law; many other relatives and friends.
