Bruce Graves

Funeral services for Mr. Bruce Graves, 58, Collins,  (Friendship Community) were held on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 2 p.m. from the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, Collins, MS.  Interment was in the church cemetery.  Pastor Randy Miller officiated the services.  Reverend Earnest Thompson was the Eulogist.  Reeves Funeral Home, Inc., Mount Olive, MS was in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Graves passed away at his residence on April 12, 2016.
Mr. Graves attended Carver Central High School and graduated from Collins High School, Collins, MS.
He was employed at Fontaine Inc. ( Warren, Inc.) Collins, Magnetek Manufacturing, Menden-
hall and Resinall Corp. until he retired.
He enjoyed his church and many life activities, but mostly spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death  by his parents, James Monroe Graves, Sr. and Lula Jane McClelland Graves; 3 daughters, Mary Elizabeth Graves and angels born sleeping; one sister, Laura Jernell ( Jim) Magee; one brother, James Monroe Graves, Sr. (Buck); one niece, Raphaella Hartfield, one nephew, Dr. Christopher( Kinyatta) Bennett, I.
Survivors include, Alice J. Graves;  daughters, Shonder E. Graves, Prentiss, MS, Naquita N. Graves, Hattiesburg, MS, Juliet S. Graves Leggett (Ricardo), Hattiesburg, MS, and Kizzie D. Graves, Prentiss, MS; one son, Jason Preston, Hattiesburg; 3 brothers, Elnathan Graves, Richard Graves, and Demetrius Wayne ( Kim) Graves, all of Gulfport, MS.  3 sisters, Kather (Samuel) Sims, Dian Graves(Robert) Lee, and Queen Graves,  all of Gulfport; 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren,  a very special friends, Kimberly McNair( and children, Corliss, Calvin, and Alfred); a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
