Funeral Services were held Thursday June 2, 2016 at Saulters Moore Chapel in Prentiss, MS for Mrs. Betty Berry Polk, age 71, who passed away on May 30, 2016 at her residence in Mendenhall, MS. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements.

Rev. Trent Sullivan officiated. Pallbearers were: Scott Bryan, Jeff Roberts, Jason Daniels, Jacob Roberts, Chase Roberts, Gary Shivers, Luke Shivers and T. Weber Shivers, Jr.

Mrs. Betty was born May 29, 1945 in Jackson, MS to Mr. Guy O. Berry Sr. and Mrs. Lucille Parish Berry. She worked as a city florist in Magee for 10 years. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

She is survived by her sister, Jane Dees of Taylorsville, MS; her sister n law, Gloria Berry of Mendenhall, MS; two nieces and 1 nephew.
