It was a beautiful thing Sunday to see all the fathers in church with their families. EverySunday should be father’s day, a day for the man of the house to be the spiritual leader leading his family into worship. God bless all of our fathers!

Bro. Wesley Daughdrill and his family were on a family vacation in the Smoky Mountains so he had asked me to lead music in the worship service. We have a great choir that supported the services with special music. I love the hymns and music that praises the Lord. I can just see them as a sweet aroma going up before the Him as an offering from His people. It’s not important that you have a great voice but that you lift your praises up to Him and He will bless.

Bible School at WS is June 26-30^th. Be sure to put it on your calendar and plan to bring your children and those around you.

Continue to pray for Toxie Hall, Diane Bass’s father. We all grew to love him as he spent time with her and became a part of WS.

Update on the new China grands: We spent time with Marsha’s family Saturday watching Jasper play his last soccer game. Ava and Eve are doing well. Ava is learning new English phrases all the time and Eve is such a cutie. She still talks very little but is very expressive. They will be going to Birmingham for further medical evaluations the end of this month. Continue to pray for this sweet family as these girls adapt to life in the U.S.
