Graveside services were held Saturday, September 17, 2016 at Griffith Cemetery for Mr. John C. Hall, 70, who died Sunday, September 11, 2016 at Forrest General Hospital.  Rev. Dampeer officiated.

Mr. John C. Hall was born to the late D. W. and Alma Hall in Prentiss, Mississippi.  He was a member of Mt. Carmel M. B. Church.  Mr. Hall worked at Magnetek Manufacturing until it closed.

He is survived by: children: sons, Curtis Ratliff of Collins, Ms, Marcus Hall, Vincent Hall and Eddie Hall all of Carson, MS; daughters, Katrina Cheatham and Stephanie Baylous both of Prentiss, MS; Felisha Davis of Hattiesburg, MS; brother, Calvin Hall of Moss Point, MS; sister, Edna Miller of Mendenhall, MS; grandchildren: 18; great-grandchildren: 6.
