On Monday, Dec. 12, PCS varsity teams traveled to Learned to play Rebul Academy.

In varsity Lady Saints’ action, the final score was 37 to 16.  Scorers for the game were:  Hanna Lee with 12 points, Janie Parish with nine points, Raye Johnson with four points, Alexis Tran with three points, Hollis Cochran, Aspyn Rousse, Laurel Stewart and Taylor Smith each with two points and Culley Cochran with one point.

In varsity Saints’ action, the final score was 73 to 49.  Scorers for the game were:  Josh Daley with 34 points, Jeremiah Sumrall with 25 points, Chandler Holloway with eight points Jack Chavis, Wade Watkins and Jacob Anderson with two points each.

On Tuesday, Dec.13, all four Prentiss Christian teams traveled to Gulfport to take on CCA.

In junior varsity Lady Saints’ action, the final score was 34 to 19.  Scorers for the game were:  Maidyn Rush with seven points, Sarah Magee and Alexis Tran each with six points, Culley Cochran with five points, Laurel Stewart with four points, Kaelin Berry and Anna Kerley each with two points, Jana Johnson and Ali Long each with one point.

In junior varsity Saints’ action, the final score was 16 to 21.  Scorers for the game were:  Byron Anderson with six points, Jaden Speights and Damion Gooden each with four points and Demoreon Thompson with two points.

In varsity Lady Saints’ action the final score was 37 to 34.  Scorers for the game were: Hanna Lee with 12 points, Janie Parish with nine points, Raye Johnson with eight points, Sarah Magee with three points, Alexis Tran and Taylor Smith each with two points and Hollis Cochran with one point.

In varsity Saints action the final score was 50 to 53.  Scorers for the game were:  Josh Daley with 22 points, Jeremiah Sumrall with 13 points, Jack Chavis and Wade Watkins each with six points, Micah Bullock with two points and Kade Greenlee with one point.

On Saturday, Dec.17, all four Saints teams traveled to Brookhaven to take on Brookhaven Academy.

In junior varsity Lady Saints’ action, the final score was 12 to 40.  Scorers for the game were:  Jana Johnson with four points, Sarah Magee and Alexis Tran each with three points and Laurel Stewart with two points.

In junior varsity Saints’ action, the final score was 5 to 54.  Scorers for the game were:  Jadon Speights with three points and Damion Gooden with two points.

In varsity Lady Saints’ action, the final score was 15 to 55.  Scorers for the game were:  Janie Parish with seven points, Sarah Magee with six points and Jhaven Fairley with two points.

In varsity Saints’ action, the final score was 30 to 64.  Scorers for the game were:  Josh Daley with 18 points, Jeremiah Sumrall and Wade Watkins each with six points.

The Saints will begin play again on Tuesday, Jan.10 at home against Newton Academy, on Thursday, Jan. 12 at home against Sylva Bay Academy and on Friday, Jan. 13 at home against Wayne Academy.
