Hal “Moochie” Speights was sworn in as a Prentiss alderman Monday afternoon. Giving the oath is Prentiss Mayor Charley Dumas. Also pictured is alderman Keith Bridges. Speights will fill the four month vacancy left by the unexpected death of alderman Todd Broome.
