Russell elected president of MASS

JDCSD Superintendent Will Russell was recently elected President-Elect of the Mississippi Association of School Superintendents at the MASS Summer Conference in July. He will serve in this capacity during the 2019-2020 school year, and will serve as President during the 2020-2021 school year.
