Graveside services were held Saturday, Feb. 27, 2021, at Powell’s Ministry in New Hebron,  for Mr. Larry Dionell Hill, 65, who died Saturday, Feb. 13, 2021, at his residence.

Elder James Powell officiated with Johnson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Larry Hill was born to the late Lonzo Newsome and Tinnie Mae Hill in New Hebron.  He met and married the late Vanessa Hill; they were blessed with two children. He was a member of Powell’s Ministry Church of God in Christ where he served as deacon and trustee.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, J. C. Hill and Percy Hill.

He is survived by his daughters, Jerica Hill, Jerlisha Hill and Kyria Powell; brother, Dennie Earl Newsome; sister, Nora Walter; sister, Evon Williams and many other relatives and friends.
