Graveside services were held Tuesday, March 2, 2021, at Oak Ridge Baptist Church in New Hebron, for Mrs. Ernestine Smith Walker, 67, who died Monday, Feb. 22, 2021, at her residence.

Rev. Eric Dixon Sr. officiated with Johnson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Ernestine Walker was born to the late J. C. and Catherine Smith in Shivers.

She was a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Antonio (Telicia) Walker; husband, C. H. Walker and grandchildren, Diamontae Walker, Keshawn Walker, Jaiden Wright, Kenneth Walker and Raylan Walker; sister, Carolyn (Harvest) McDuffey; two brothers, Earl (Shirley) Smith and Woodrow (Zenobia) Smith; mother-in-law, Emma Walker and many relatives and friends.
