Funeral services were held Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel in Prentiss, for Mr. LeeVester Reese, 61, who died Sunday, May 29, 2022, at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg. Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Leevester Reese was born to Mr. Jimmie Lee and Mrs. Brunette Reese. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was a graduate of George Washington Carver Senior High School. He was employed at Sewage and Water Board of New Orleans for several years, as well as the City of New Orleans Civil Service.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Danny Reese; maternal and paternal grandparents.

He is survived by his parents, Jimmie Lee and Brunette Reese; daughter, Lashaundra Martin, granddaughter, Trinity Martin; one brother, Jefferson Reese; two sisters, Joyce Reese and Elaine (Jerry Sr.) Honore’; devoted friend, Glenda; best friend, Patrick French and many other relatives and friends.
