Funeral services for Mrs. Linda Ann Magee of Meridian, formerly of Prentiss, were conducted at 11 a.m.Saturday, Jan. 28, 2023, at Saulters Moore Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment followed in the Dublin Cemetery.  Mrs. Magee, age 71, entered into the eternal rest of her Lord Tuesday night, Jan. 24, 2023, at the Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian.

The family received friends Saturday morning, Jan. 28, from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at 11 a.m. at Saulters Moore Funeral Home.

Linda Ann Magee was born on Aug. 29, 1951, in Columbia, to Garvin Sr. and Eunice Stuckey Douglas.  Mrs. Magee, a homemaker for most of her life, had worked in the floral business some years ago.  Gifted with creativity, she loved arts and crafts. Formerly of Prentiss, Mrs. Magee and her husband Tommy moved to Meridian some years ago.  While in Meridian, Mrs. Magee attended the Abundant Life Tabernacle.  It was here that she believed the gospel message of Acts 2:38; she repented, was baptized in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for remission of sins and received the promise of the infilling of the Holy Ghost.  Mrs. Magee was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Magee was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Magee.

Her memory will forever by cherished by her brothers, Robert Douglas (Robin) of Vicksburg, David Douglas (Crissie) of Collinsville, Bobby Douglas (Janet) and her sister, Betty Douglas of Rowlett, Texas.
