Jefferson Davis County Sheriff’s Deputies, along with the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation, Prentiss Police Department and Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department, have arrested three males involved in the murder of Hayden Burke.

Kadarrian “KD” Johnson, 17, Kenneth Hester III, 18, and Johnathan Berry, 18, all of Prentiss, have been arrested and charged.

Burke, 14, of Carson, was found Sept. 6 at an oil well site on Whitesand Church Road by an inspector. He died of multiple gunshot wounds.

This is an ongoing investigation.
