Thomas Hathorn has been located and is safe.

The JDCSO, along with the Hathorn family, has been searching for 54-year-old Thomas Hathorn of Bassfield since July 12. 

Accorfing to authorities, Hathorn has been in a hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.

After he was released from the hospital, he was seen walking down the road in Georgia. A passerby recognized him as a missing man and alerted authorities.
