Mr. Melvin Oliver May, 72, of Columbia, passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg.

He is the son of the late Andrew and Erma May.

Mr. May was a retired Truck Driver who loved cooking, trucking and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his caregiver and sister, Glenda Thomas of Columbia; siblings.
