Prentiss Donuts is now open in the Patriot Shopping Center (formerly the Tri-Y) at the south end of town.  Owned by Ty Chang, Prentiss Donuts will be open Monday through Sunday from 5:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and will be serving fresh donuts, speciality donuts, kolaches, biscuits and croissants.  A variety of drinks, coffee, hot chocolate and cappuccino are also available.
