Hunter Sutton would chase down the long kickoff and return it 6 yards to the Saints 26 yard line. Prentiss mounted what looked to be a game changing drive, but the drive stalled on the Rebel 21 yard line.
A series of incompletions by Prentiss gave the ball back to HA. Despite added pressure, the Rebels were able to run out the clock and seal the win. The Saints fell to 5-4 on the season and 1-1 in conference play. Prentiss hosts conference foe Amite School Center this Friday night. With a Saints win, they will advance to the class AA playoffs. In addition to being an important game, it is also Senior Night and Tackle a Cure breast cancer awareness night.
