Funeral services were held Friday, February 20, 2015, at Saulters Moore Funeral Home Chapel in Prentiss for Ms. Martha Teresia McPhail, age 68, who passed away on February 13 at Kings Daughter Hospital in Brookhaven. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements.

Rev. Robert Sones officiated. Pallbearers were Russell McPhail, Charles McPhail, Dennis McPhail, James Gateware and Jimmy Myers.

Martha was born on December 21, 1946, in Jefferson Davis County. She was the daughter of Mr. Roscoe McPhail and Margaret Ratcliff McPhail. She was a resident of the Lincoln County Residential Center in Brookhaven. She was a member of Dublin Baptist Church.

Her sister, Ruth Burris of Willits, California, and a number of nieces and nephews survive her.

Her parents, two brothers and one sister preceded her in death.
