Members of Unity in the Community thank all business sponsors and citizens that planned to participate in the scheduled Fourth of July Fireworks Celebration activities.

While afternoon weather conditions, alerts for flash flooding, and forecasts of continuing rain caused the calling off of this popular event, it will be rescheduled.

Members of the group will meet this week to determine a new date.

Information about the raffle drawing and new date of the fireworks celebration will be forthcoming.

We look forward to rescheduling this event and hope citizens from across our county come out to enjoy fireworks, fellowship, and family fun with us.
