Funeral services were held Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel for Mr. Bobby Joe Walker, 59, who died Sunday, August 29, 2016 at Natchez Merit Hospital, Natchez, MS.  Minister Perry Feazell officiated with interment following in the Walker Family Cemetery.  Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Bobby Walker was born in Mt. Olive, Misssissippi to the late Willie and Maxine Walker. He was the oldest of four children.  He attended Prentiss High School and graduated in 1975; he later moved to Gulfport, Mississippi and resided there until his health failed.  He moved back to Prentiss to be closer to family.

He is survived by: two sisters, Wanda McInnis of Prentiss, MS and Deloise Walker of St. Petersburg, FL; two brothers, Jimmy Walker of Prentiss, MS and Michael Walker of Prentiss, MS; aunt, Pauline Thompson of Gulfport, MS; many other relatives and friends.
