Rev. J.C. Price was born November 7, 1936, passed away on October 14, 2016 at Regency Forrest General in Hattiesburg, MS.

Rev. Price was the son of the late Mitchell Price and Willie Bell Rogers of Jefferson Davis County. At an early age, he joined Rose Hill Missionary Baptist Church located in Silver Creek, MS.

Rev. Price was a cross country trucker for many years, a funeral director at Laird Funeral Home and in later years he went into business for himself as J&C Septic Tank LLC.

He was united in Holy Matrimony to Mrs. Charlon T. Price in 1996. He was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church in Collins, MS where Rev, Evans was his pastor.

He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends.

Services was held at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Columbia, MS on Wednesday October 19, 2016. Burial was in Collins Community Cemetery, Collins, MS.

Carson, Mississippi
