Audrey Bryant

Funeral services for Audrey Bryant were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016, in the chapel of the Wade Funeral Home in Collins. Bryant, age 91, passed away from this life on Monday, Nov. 14, 2016, in Petal. Reverend Joe Lott officiated and Dr. Tim Hubbard and Mike Russell provided the musical service. Interment was in the Station Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

Wade Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Scott Craft, Shane Craft, Lane Craft, Nathan Craft, Todd Graves, and Robert Rodrigue. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers were Mo Wilson and Wayne McLaurin.

Audrey McLaurin Bryant was born May 26, 1925, in Jones County to William T. McLaurin and Nola Sullivan McLaurin. She was a homemaker and a member of Station Creek Baptist Church.

Audrey Bryant was preceded in death by her mother and father; husbands, Jerry “Bill” Sullivan and Richard Bryant; one son, Jerry Danny Sullivan; and seven brothers and sisters.

She is survived by two daughters, Ellen Sumrall of Petal, and Gayle Winfield and her husband Robert, also of Petal; two sisters, Willie Faye Griffith of Prentiss; and Jeanette Nagy and her husband Steve of Petal; five grandchildren, Scott Craft, Shane Craft, Angela Graves, Crystal Rodrigue, and Nikki Craft; nine great- grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
