Funeral services for Mr. Jeff “Bodine” Saulters were held noon on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at New Chapel United Pentecostal Church in Collins with interment in New Chapel Cemetery. Rev. Ken Hickman officiated.

“Bodine” passed away Friday, March 5, 2021, at his home in Prentiss.

He was born March 16, 1964, in Jefferson Davis County to Elsie Whitehead Saulters and the late Alton Lewis Saulters.

“Bodine” was employed as a roofer for many years and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his mother; Elise Whitehead Saulters of Prentiss, one son; Alton Don Saulters of Texas, one sister; Rhonda Hagan of Prentiss, and one brother; Alton Saulters of Prentiss.

Visitation was Tuesday, March 9, 2021, from 10 a.m. until service time at New Chapel United Pentecostal Church in Collins.

Saulters-Moore Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
