Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel for Mr. Robert Earl Davis, 83, who died Friday, March 26, 2021, at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Rev. Calvin Foxworth officiated with interment following in Springhill Baptist Church, Silver Creek.

Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Robert Davis was born to the late Joe and Carleana Davis.

He was a member of Springhill Baptist Church.  He was preceded in death by his siblings, Mary J. Thomas and James E. Davis.

He is survived by his wife, Alice Davis; three children, Robert E. Davis Jr., Carleana Davis and Joseph Davis; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
