The Jefferson Davis County T-ball League finished their season recently. Because the fields at the John Thompson Complex in Bassfield have not been repaired after tornado damage, the teams played at the Curtis and Hope Mikell Field on Williamsburg Road. The teams played against each other, with the K&B team being the designated travel team. They traveled to Columbia and Hattiesburg to play and had an undefeated season. Sponsors for the league were Darren Fairley, Sweetwater C.M.E Church, Brad and Teresa Booth, Georgia Pacific, Marves Fairley, Curtis and Hope Mikell, Laregus Thompson, John Thompson and Echols Sweet Shop.
