Graveside services were held Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Silver Creek, for Mr. Lee Author Stovall, 72, who died Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021, at his residence. Rev. Eskira Rhodes, pastor, officiated with Johnson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Lee Author Stovall was born to the late Ham and Pinkie Stovall in Canton, Mississippi. He was a former laborer with the county maintenance. He loved fishing, hunting and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his sister, Idella Sims of Chicago, Illinois; niece and caregiver, Jane Parkman of Silver Creek and many other relatives and friends.
