Funeral services for Mrs. Donna Myers Holloway were conducted on Sunday, Jan. 23, 2022, at 2 p.m. at Saulters Moore Funeral Home.  Rev. Ted Bowlin officiated.  Mrs. Holloway, age 61, passed away Monday, Jan.17, 2022, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson.

Saulters Moore Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Holloway was born June 21, 1960, in Prentiss to Sherdon and Mary Joyce McMillan Myers.  Described by her family as a beautiful soul with a big heart, Donna saw the good in everyone.  She loved to talk to people and her conversation was filled with encouraging words.  Donna’s granddaughter, Preslee, remembers that her” MeMe” loved to shop and also enjoyed watching movies on Netflix.  In addition, she was also a great cook and will be remembered also for her delicious banana pudding.  Donna brightened the lives of those she loved and her legacy will be forever cherished.  She was of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Holloway was preceded in death by her parents, Sherdon and Mary Joyce Myers and also her brother, Mike Myers.

Her memory will live on through her husband, Dennis Holloway of Brandon; two sons, Chris and Brad Holloway, both of Brandon; one brother, Allen Myers of Victoria, Texas; one sister, Merita Davis of Crossville, Tennessee and her granddaughter, Preslee Holloway.

The received friends on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Saulters Moore Funeral Home.
