A Mass of Christian Burial for Mr. Bryan Paul Pittman was celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 21, 2022, at St. Peter Catholic Church in Bassfield.  Inurnment followed at St. James Cemetery in Bassfield.  Father Tomasz Golab officiated. 

Mr. Pittman, age 42, passed away Monday, Oct. 17, 2022, in Prentiss.

Family and friends gathered in the sanctuary of St. Peter Catholic Church beginning at 10:30 a.m. Friday morning.

Bryan Paul Pittman was born on April 21, 1980, in Hattiesburg to Joseph and Martha Skinner Pittman. 

Bryan worked as a carpenter and has been described as a guy with a huge heart that would do anything to help someone. 

His cousins fondly remember growing up with Bryan and all the fun things they used to do together. 

He loved his family and friends very much and will be greatly missed by them.  Bryan was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Martha Skinner Pittman and his maternal grandmother, Agnes Skinner.

Bryan’s memory will forever be cherished by his daughter, Alexis Boleware of Collins; his brother, Patrick (Debbye) Skinner of Columbus, Georgia and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
