Funeral services were held Saturday, April 29 2023, at Lawrence County High School Gymnasium in Monticello, for Mr. Camerin Marquell Green, 15, who passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg. Rev. Michael O. Evans officiated with interment following at South Pleasant Hill M. B. Church Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Camerin Marquell Green is the son of Mr. James M. Green and Miss Myya Williams. He was a member of South Pleasant Hill M. B. Church. He was a freshman at Lawrence County High School where he was active in basketball, football, member of the Beta Club and National Honor Society. He was an avid fan of the New Orleans Saints.

He is survived by his parents, James M. Green of Silver Creek and Myya Williams of Prentiss; sister, Calaiya Womack; brothers, Tyler and Bentley Green, all of Prentiss; grandparents, Willie and Arneather Garner of Silver Creek; Jerry and Verna Williams of Prentiss and many other relatives and friends.
