Funeral services were held Saturday, July 22, 2023, at Sweetwater CME Church in Bassfield, for Mr. Percy Lee Hall, 65, who passed away on Friday, July 14, 2023, at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg. Rev. Marcus McLaurin officiated with interment following in the church cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Percy Lee Hall is the son of the late Earl Lee and Annie Bell Hall. He was a member of Sweet-water CME Church

He loved cooking, entertaining, sports, horseshoeing, corn hole toss and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Cherri Hall of Bassfield, Mississippi; sons, Sean Pounds and Devin (Chris-tian) Hall both of Bassfield; daughters, Venetia (Carl) Anderson of Pearl; Jasmine (Willie) McLeod and Deanna (Xavier) Mikell both of Bassfield; Trenico Barnes of Gulfport; Daphne (Patrick) Johnson of Magee; brother, Edward James (Viki) Hall of Bassfield; sisters, Ruby Booth of Bassfield; Sarah (LC) Johnson of Ypsilanti, Michigan; 12 grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
