Funeral services were held Friday, Sept. 1, 2023, at Shorts Chapel Methodist Church in Bassfield, for Little Miss A’Riyah Aubrey Adams, 3, who passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2023, at Jefferson Davis Community Hospital in Prentiss.

Rev. Johnny Porter officiated with interment following in the church cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She is the daughter of Mr. Adonis and Mrs. LaMiracle Edwards. She attended Shorts Chapel Methodist Church.

Little Miss A’Riyah loved Cocomelon, Hello Kitty, Minnie Mouse, and watching YouTube.

She is survived by her parents, Adonis and LaMiracle Edwards of Carson; brothers, Darion Walker and Adonis Edwards, Jr.; sister, A’Niyla E. Edwards; grandparents, Patricia D. Adams, Carline and Ricky McDonald. Williams and Bobbie Magee and many other relatives and friends.
