Funeral services were held Saturday, Oct.28, 2023 at Jordan Hill Baptist Church in Carson, for Mr. Stacey Lee Lott, 55, who died Wednesday, Oct.18, 2023 at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel.

Rev. Johnny Donaldson officiated with interment following in Griffith Cemetery in Prentiss. 

Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Stacey Lott was born to the late Chester Bryant and Mrs. Waveyon Lott Holloway in Laurel. 

He attended Prentiss High School and was a member of the marching band.

He was a pitcher for the community baseball team. 

He was employed with Howard’s Concrete of Hebron. 

Mr. Lott was a member of Jordan Hill Baptist Church. 

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Osmond and Deala Lott; paternal grandparents, Samuel Sr. and Gussie Buckley.

He is survived by his fiance, Dedra Donaldson of Carson; son, Stacey (Laneisha) Lott of Hattiesburg; daughter, Kadeeisha Lott of Carson; parents, James and Waveyon Holloway of Mt. Olive; sisters, Angela Lott Walker of Byram; April Stevenson of Flowood; and Tonya Holloway of Mt. Olive; three grandchildren; Karmyn, Kacey and Stacey III; mother-in-love, Brenda Donaldson and many other relatives and friends.
