Miss Elvina Marie Johnson, 69, of Prentiss, passed away on Monday, Jan. 1, 2024, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson.

She is the daughter of the late Hilton Clines and Lillie Mae Johnson.

She was a member of Galilee Baptist Church. Miss Johnson loved talking, shopping and spending time with family and friends. She served in the United States Army.

She is survived by her sister, Shirley Kindred of Seattle, Washington and many nieces and nephews.  Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
