In 1957, she began her career at Kellwood Garment Manufacturing where she dedicated many years of service. In addition to this, she also worked as a cook for an offshore drilling company. Her children have fond memories of Friday night hamburgers and her grandchildren will forever remember her delicious “cheese and macaroni” as well as her prized dressing.
