Funeral services were held Thursday, Sept. 19, 2024, at Ruby K. Johnson Chapel for Mr. Will Edward Hall, 59, who died Friday, Sept. 13, 2024, at Methodist Specialty Care Center in Flowood.

Rev. Jamie Hooker officiated with interment following at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Prentiss. 

Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Will Edward Hall known as “Chill Will” to the late Homer and Lillie Hall in Prentiss.  He attended school in Jefferson Davis County and was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. He had several jobs prior to a car accident that caused him to spend most of his adult life at Methodist Specialty Care Center. 

He was preceded in death by a sister, Stephanie Hall and a young son.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy Hall of Prentiss; two daughters, Princess Hall Booth of Prentiss; Oshana Hall of Sumral; son, Christopher Magee of Meridian; two sisters, Denise Hall and Annie Mae Hall both of Prentiss; three brothers, Homer Hall Jr. of Magee; Richard Hall of Prentiss, and Jesse Hall of Hattiesburg; five grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
