Both libraries in Jefferson Davis County are hosting a Meet and Greet this month. Dr. Frank L. Leggett Public Library in Bassfield will host this event on Oct. 15, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.

The Prentiss Public Library will host Oct. 17, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.

“This is an opportunity to meet your community change makers, identify trends in community priorities and inspire conversations regarding the library and its outreach goals,” said Jefferson Davis County Library Supervisor Alison Smith.

Light refreshments will be available. 

The Dr. Frank L. Leggett Public Library is located at 226A General Robert E. Blount Drive in Bassfield. The Prentiss Public Library is located at 2229 Pearl Avenue in Prentiss.
